      Umowa z Lotos Terminale S.A. – naprawa podpór rurociągu

      W dniu 4 kwietnia 2022 podpisana została umowa między Lotos Terminale S.A. w Czechowicach Dziedzicach, a PROSPECT GROUP Sp. z o.o.

      Umowa swym zakresem obejmuje remont podpór rurociągu oraz rurociągu DN250 nad torami nr 38 i 39 na terenie LOTOS Terminale S.A.

      1. Szczegółowy zakres prac objętych Umową obejmuje:

        a) czyszczenie strumieniowo-ścierne konstrukcji,
        b) oczyszczenie ręczne rurociągu DN250,
        c) demontaż nieczynnej rurki grzewczej wraz z usunięciem zbędnych podwieszeń,
        d) naprawa stóp fundamentowych słupów,
        e) malowanie rurociągu oraz podpór zestawem farb epoksydowo-poliuretanowych zgodnie z ustaloną kolorystyką:
        − kolorystyka konstrukcji stalowych – barwa niebieska RAL 5017,
        − kolorystyka rurociągu – barwa biała RAL 9010.
      2. Prace prowadzone będą na czynnym technologicznie rurociągu.

      On 04/04/2017 an agreement was signed between, TAMEH POLSKA sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Al. J. Piłsudskiego 92 / 102B, and PROSPECT GROUP Sp. z o.o. based in Jastrzębie-Zdrój.

      The contract covers the anti-corrosion protection of the exhaust chimney of the cooling tower no.2 in TAMEH POLSKA sp.z o.o. – ZW Blachownia in Kędzierzyn-Koźle

      Scope of anti-corrosion works:

      • Cleaning the steel structure from corrosion centers,
      • Steel structure painting three times,

      Obstruction painting of the GSM h40 tower

      Implementation of a long-term contract for painting several GSM towers throughout Poland with heights from h32 to h100

      The scope of work included:

      • Cleaning the steel structure from corrosion centers,
      • Painting the steel structure with primer paint,
      • Painting the steel structure with a surface paint (obstruction painting),

      Corrosion protection of steel structures of silos

      Corrosion protection of steel structures of silos together with supporting structures.

       

      Scope of work:

      • Abrasive blasting (sandblasting) to Sa2 degree ½ of steel structures above silos,
      • Hydrodynamic cleaning with a 500 bar washer of the galvanized steel structure of the silos,
      • Development of anti-corrosion protection technology,
      • Checking the tightness of welded joints of silos,
      • Painting the steel structure with two-component epoxy primers,
      • Painting the steel structure with two-component polyurethane topcoat paints,

      Dismantling of the light tower

      Climbing work including a full renovation of the steel structure of the old light tower with its reinforcement and corrosion protection.

      Scope of climbing works:

      • Cleaning of all gratings, improving welds and corrosion protection,
      • Dismantling of the higher safety cage structure,
      • Reinforcing the steel structure nodes connecting segments of the tower,
      • Dismantling the remains of the electrical installation and brackets,
      • Improving sheet metal weldings on the platforms and corrosion protection,
      • Welding a new sheet metal on the platforms,
      • Cleaning with total corrosion protection of steel structure,

      Lead time: 14 days,
      Total weight of the dismantled steel structure: 700 kg,

      Full-scale renovation of silos

      Full-scale renovation of silos, including replacement of steel structures and the testing of welds using magnetic-particle and bubble method.

      The scope of the renovation of silos included:

      • Dismantling of trapezoidal sheet metal claddings: 800m2,
      • Cleaning of the steel structure of the silo: 150m2,
      • Sandblasting of steel structure of the silos:150m2,
      • Painting of the steel structure of the silo (priming + topcoat): 150m2, (corrosion protection),
      • High pressure cleaning of the construction of silos: 1100m2,
      • Painting of the construction of silos (priming + topcoat): 1100m2,
      • Installation of trapezoidal steel claddings T-55 gr. 0,7 mm,
      • Installation of an illuminated logo on the facade of the building,
      • Installation of netting against birds: 490m2,
      • Measurement of the thickness of metal sheet seams of silos,
      • Quality test of the welds using vacuum and magnetic-particle method,
      • Elimination of leaks of welded joints.

      Description of the preparation grade of the surface:

      Gr 1 – manual and power tool cleaning

      Gr 2 – there are no oil, grease, dust, poorly adhering mill scale, rust, coating and deposit on the surface; surface exhibits a metallic luster.

      St 3 – requirements such as the ones for Gr 2, except that the surface should be cleaned, until the metallic luster becomes intensive(up from the metal substrate).

      A description of the painting materials:

      KOREPOX EH2350 is a two component paint, self priming, based on pure epoxy resin, forming a coating with an excellent resistance to sea water, oil, fuel and mechanical damage. It can be applied to both new steel and steel which is being renewed; it is only required to clean the loose rust and deposit; as a primer tolerating less prepared substrate. Cures at low temperatures, reduced up to -18 ° C and meets the requirements for High-Solid paints in the content of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

      Product approved by: LLOYD’S REGISTER OF SHIPPING (LR) and GERMANISCHIER LLOYD (GL) as corrosion control coating. DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV, CE Marking), LLOYD’S REGISTER OF SHIPPING (LR) and KOREAN REGISTER OF SHIPPING (KR) as fire-resistant coating, NEW CASTLE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AGENT (UK) as a paint suitable for contact with food in grain containers. MARTINEK in NORWEY as a coating for ballast tanks. Systems based on KOREPOX EH2350 paint are in full compliance with the requirements of NORSOK M-501, issue 4, for system No. 7.

      KORETHAN TOPCOAT UT6581 is a fast drying, two-component polyurethane topcoat, which has very good resistance to splashing and wetting by acids, bases, solvents, salts and water. It forms a coating resistant to external weather conditions and to color change.

      Full-scale silos renovation

      Climbing services associated with full-scale renovation of silos h=35

      Full-scale silos renovation included:

      • Removal of loose plaster of reinforced concrete structure
      • Removal of cracks in reinforced concrete,
      • Cleaning of corrosion of the reinforcement structure,
      • Painting of rebars with epoxy primers
      • Painting of rebars with polyurethane topcoats,
      • Repair of reinforced concrete structure in the PCC system,
      • Corrosion protection of support construction of silos,
      • Corrosion protection of hoppers structure
      • Removal of old trapezoidal sheet roofing
      • Corrosion protection of steel structure under the roof,
      • Installation of a new roofing with trapezoidal sheet,
      • Implementation of the new roofing with heat-weldable roofing membrane and flashings
      • Renovation of silos was completed with a faultless completion certificate and the quality of service has allowed for the continuation of cooperation in subsequent years.

      Scope of works included:

      • Cleaning of the corrosion centres from steel structures,
      • Degreasing the steel structure,
      • Painting of steel structures with epoxy primers, (corrosion protection),
      • Painting the steel structures with polyurethane paint RAL: 7039
      • Graphic applying of a logo on gantry crane legs
