Corrosion protection of steel construction of the flyover and pipe supports of KONSTAL and Kosciuszko Foundry with the associated works.
Scope of work:
- Removing shrubs at the supports pipelines,
- Truncation of the redundant steel structure projecting beyond the outline of pipe supports with use of angle grinder or acetylene torch,
- U-profile 120 – 3 pcs,
- U-profile 100 – 3 pcs,
- U-profile 80 – 2 pcs,
- I-beam 80 – 1 piece,
- I-beam 60 – pcs 3,
- L-profile 60 – 5 pcs,
- L-profile 50 – 13 pcs,
- L-profile 30 – 5 pcs,
- Closed profile 60×60 – 4 pcs,
- Closed profile 40×40 – 1 pcs,
- Tube ø 50 – 3 pcs,
- Cutting of 6x1000x3000 mm metal sheet and welding of 4 pcs of dismantled L-profile or U-profiles with a length of 1000 mm,
- Reinforcement of the support legs by welding two 5x350x300 mm and two 5x300x200 mm plate girders,
- Mechanical cleaning and degreasing of the area of approximately 705 m2 steel structure,
- Single painting of the structure with priming paint,
- Double painting of the construction with epoxy paint in the light gray colour,
