Building inspections must be performed with a frequency determined by the law, at least once a year (Article 1, paragraph 62 p. 1, 2, 5 of the Act “Construction Law”), and this obligation is a duty of the owners and managers of buildings. Periodic technical inspection:

• ensure the safety of users of the facility and to outsiders,
• minimize the risk of costly repairs.

In addition, the technical condition should be always checked in case of damage or threat to a building for example, by a strong wind, fire or lightning.
