Works related to the comprehensive renovation and reinforcement of the steel structure of the TN-21 carburizing platform for PGNiG Termika Energetyka Przemysłowa in Moszczenica are in progress.

The scope of work includes:

1. Development of a renovation technology,
2. Abrasive blast cleaning of the entire steel structure to Sa 2/5 grade,
3. Replacement of a part of the platform supporting structure,
4. Installation of the structure strengthening the platform,
5. Execution of anti-corrosion protection of steel structures in the epoxy-polyurethane system,
6. Implementation of a new deck wall covering made of T45 trapezoidal sheet metal,
7. Insulation of the platform walls,
8. Inspection and overhaul of the deck bearings,

Technical data:

2. Location: 237 m above sea level
3. Area for abrasive blasting: 2500 m2,
4. Amount of steel structure replaced: 10,000 kg,
